To develop a secure, centralized platform that simplifies scheduling, enhances communication, and manages performance logistics between the internal team and poets.

The Challenge:

The Haikuists faced growing operational inefficiencies as their events scaled. Relying on manual communication (emails, spreadsheets, scattered messages) led to delays, missed details, and confusion in managing poet schedules and event specifics.

The Solution:

A custom web application was developed, exclusively for internal use, offering a secure portal where the booking team and poets can view schedules, access event details, and coordinate in real-time. The intuitive interface ensured rapid onboarding and adoption, even for non-technical users.

Thrivio addresses these challenges through a comprehensive suite of features designed to simplify and support medication management. The app delivers smart reminders for every dose, alerts users to potential drug interactions, and notifies them when it’s time to refill prescriptions or attend medical appointments. Thrivio also enables users to track various health metrics through built-in health trackers and provides insights into their progress.

The Result

The Haikuists App led to a 60% reduction in scheduling time, eliminated missed bookings, and improved coordination between the team and poets. It also enhanced poet satisfaction and streamlined event management workflows.
