Drippy was approached by a client who wanted to build a marketplace app where athletes and celebrities could sell their products directly to their fans. The client had specific requirements for revenue sharing, with the talent receiving 70% of the product price, the app owner (admin) receiving 25%, and 5% going to a designated charity
nceptMVP took on the challenge and leveraged the powerful no-code tool Bubble.io to develop the Drippy marketplace app. The team created three distinct user roles within the app: Talent, Admin, and Fan.
Talent: Athletes and celebrities were given the ability to create their own profiles and list products for sale, managing their inventory and interacting withf ans.
Admin: The app owner was provided with an intuitive dashboard to add and manage talent profiles, products, and overall marketplace operations.
Fan: Fans were able to browse through the app, discover products from their favorite celebrities, and make purchases.To facilitate secure and seamless payments, InceptMVP integrated the Stripe payment gateway, enabling fans to purchase products using various payment methods while ensuring the revenue sharing model was automatically implemented.
