InceptMVP developed Amedea as a web application that offers flexible organization-level management with role-based access. To solve the challenges, we implemented:
- A robust role-based access system: Super Admins manage the platform and onboard organizations; Organization Admins create profiles, add staff, and manage operations; Members interact with assigned tasks and surveys.
- Survey System: Admins can create department-specific surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and collect qualitative insights.
- Activity Module: Admins can assign tasks/activities to teams, while staff can mark completion along with the frequency of task performance.
- Departmental Grouping: Staff members are categorized by departments for easy survey targeting and activity management.
