That's the right instinct. But there's a version of fast that turns into a nightmare about two weeks after launch  when the crash reports pile up, the support inbox fills with complaints, and you're spending the sprint you planned for new features just trying to stabilize what was already shipped.

We've seen this pattern across many product launches. And almost every time, the root cause is the same: QA got treated like a final step instead of a continuous one. Step 3: Automation for Everything That Has to Run Every Single Time
